Have You Filed a Formal Complaint Against a…..?

Judge, Magistrate, CPS, Lawyer, CFI/PRE, ect…

If you have, we’re pretty sure your complaint went nowhere. Why? Because it’s not about you.

The primary purpose of formal complaint systems is to protect the State from liability.

The Data and Complaint Collection System (DCCS) is an innovative national initiative aimed at holding systems and their bad actors accountable while fostering generational change in these severely broken (many would say corrupt) systems. DCCS will be instrumental in bringing change on three fronts: litigation, legislation, and public awareness. Our vision:

To be an effective data collection, complaint aggregation, and AI/analytics tool to help reform advocates, researchers, and legal partners hold systems and bad actors accountable to the people and families they are supposed to serve.

DCCS is in early development. The first step before going live is to collect PDFs of formal complaints already filed. Your complaints are confidential and will be used privately to develop and test DCCS. We plan for DCCS to “go live” in the next couple of months. These complaints will help ensure DCCS will be an effective tool in breaking the business model of the lawless family court system.
